Creative management: Model for the development of entrepreneurial competencies

A model is presented for developing creative entrepreneurial competences (CEC), which focused on the formation of and practical skills in a timely manner (Just-in-Time Learning). The proposed assumes high level motivation, deep immersion, full dedication individuals has cyclical nature throughout their working life (Lifelong Education Cycle). central figure an individual who, by choosing active form education following precise algorithm actions, can obtain performance achieve success. individual’s business consciousness divided into five stages: UnConscious InCompetence, Conscious Competence, second InCompetence stage. It established that minimum consists combination basic professional competences, elementary IT&S literacy, key communicative competences. Furthermore, it found professionalism will grow until pace learning exceeds external environment’s dynamics.
